A Universal Park & Resorts anunciou a reabertura do Universal Orlando Resort, a partir de 5 junho. A reabertura trará uma ampla série de novas práticas de saúde, segurança e higiene, com base nas diretrizes do CDC (Centro de Controle e Prevenção de Doenças dos Estados Unidos) e das autoridades de saúde.

(A Universal Parks & Resorts announced the reopening of Universal Orlando Resort from June 5. The reopening will be carefully managed and will include a wide range of new and improved procedures for good health, safety and hygiene practices, based on the guidelines of the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States) and health authorities.) 

Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure e Volcano Bay estarão reabertos em 5 de junho de 2020. Convidados estarão obrigatoriamente usando máscaras e serão submetidos a verificar a temperatura corporal antes de ingressar nos parques. Aqueles com temperaturas iguais ou superiores a 100,4F (38ºC), não poderão entrar. 

(Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay will be re-opening June 5, 2020. Guests will be required to wear a face covering and will be required to pass a temperature check before entering the parks, those with temperatures equal to or greater than 100.4F (38ºC) will not be able to enter).

Algumas das medidas de segurança exigidas:

• Convidados e membros da equipe dos parques deverão usar máscaras e serão submetidos a testes de temperatura corporal; 
• Qualquer pessoa com temperatura acima de 38ºC, não ponderá entrar no Universal CityWalk or nos parques temáticos; 
• Estacionamento com espaçamento entre veículos;
• Visitação diária aos parques Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay será controlada e reduzida;
• Número controlado e reduzido de visitantes em atrações, em shows, e de assentos nos restaurantes;
• Maior limpeza e desinfecção de locais de alimentação, veículos das atrações, banheiros e outros "pontos de contato" frequentes que vão além dos procedimentos de limpeza já rígidos do Universal;

• Guests and team members are required to wear face coverings;

• Staggered parking within the parking garage to help create distance between travel groups; 
• Limiting and reducing daily park attendance and attraction ridership in Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay; 
• Increasing cleaning and disinfection of food locations, ride vehicles and other frequent “touch points” that go beyond our already-aggressive cleaning procedures; 
• Social distancing at all locations through the parks, within attractions and queues and at restaurants; 
• Having Virtual Line available for select attractions; 
• Offering cashless payments and “no touch” policies where possible).
